What to expect at Twin City Fitness
- Conduct initial consultation and assessment of dietary practices, body composition, and energy balance of athletes and non-athletes to create a customized program in the context of athletic performance and health;
- Design and implement personalized exercise and nutrition programs based on optimal nutrition for exercise training, competition, recovery from exercise, weight management, hydration, and supplementation;
- Counsel and monitor athletes and non-athletes on achieving and maintaining a level of body mass, body fat, and muscle mass that is consistent with good health and individual performance goals
- Work one-on-one with clients in a private studio setting;
- Develop and implement contest preparation programs for competitive athletes;
- Provide programming for youth to develop functional skills for athletics, weight loss or strength development;
- Ensure the safety of all clients;
- Assess clients' fitness on a regular basis.
